Do you expect a brownie to change your life?0

There are many recipes for brownies using protein powder. Macro-friendly baking. I am a volume eater so I usually look for recipes that skip flour and oil and egg, but use pumpkin and egg whites instead. My favorite was a pizookie recipe someone posted on here. I just tried a brownie recipe that used chickpeas this week too. 9 brownies for about 260 calories total lol. It was a little rough but they're good for me. Really you should just find a recipe that suits your macros and work from there.0

Lol!! Of course. A brownie is a brownie. Its life altering. In all seriousness, Im just looking for a happy medium for a sweet.0

But what are you looking for? Lower calories? I mean...regular flour and oil are healthy too.0 -

These are surprisingly fudgy and have the extra protein and fiber from the black beans. My mom made them and my daughter loved them!

There's a brand called "no pudge" brownies u can make little individual mug brownies or make a whole pan, and all you need is vanilla yogurt. I've had it a few times, pretty good!

OMG I haven't seen this recipe yet! The Skinnytaste website is my go-to website (haven't had a bad recipe from there yet. Had stuffed cabbage casserole last night..mmmmm!) And brownies are my go-to everything. What I mean is.. brownies are everything (Can you guess my weakness?? Lol)! Thanks for the link, can't wait to try these!!0 -
If you want a brownie eat a damn brownie. If you dont want to eat the "proper" brownie that just means you just dont want it that much haha
I know....and I did. In moderation Im so excited about some of these recipes however. I will try them this weekend. Your comment made me laugh0 -
Almond butter, egg, cocoa powder, agave......high fat, but the type of brownie you can NOT eat the whole pan in one sitting....high calorie, but has nutrient dense...not just flour/sugar...look up paleo brownie0

I found this really good recipe for making chocolate brownies in a healthy way. I tried the cake version for my birthday and it was delicious: it uses shredded zucchini and applesauce. I heat up a slice and put vanilla frozen yogurt on top with berries for a treat. http://www.balticmaid.com/2011/08/healthy-zucchini-brownies/
For anyone who likes trying healthy recipes, I post a lot of things that I try in my profile. Feel free to add me!

She's the best. The fact that they're flourless makes them even better. Seriously good. Maybe I'll make them with my daughter tomorrow!0 -
