Hey there,
Just started this 2 days ago and also started a new workout regimen yesterday at Performance 360 in San Diego. I'm hoping to get in shape for my birthday in June! My weakness has always been my eating habits and this app has really helped me to be more conscious of what I'm eating.

    Congrats to you Ms. Fancy! You've come to the right place. You will get out of this app what you put into it and more. Set small goals. June is a reasonable and reachable goal. As for your weaknesses, work on them and your resistance to them will make you that much of a stronger person! Good luck,

    Me too! Eating habits are my worst enemy. I have had success in the past with a written journal as monitoring your caloric intake keeps you aware of how close you are to your daily limit. I haven't ever used a message board though for support, hope this helps. Good luck!
