Help, tighten and tone.

I've lost approx 90 pounds in the last four years. Any home exercises anybody has a lit of success with for toning the stomach and buttox. I already do squats as well as crunches and situps. Thanks in advance.

Brazil But Lift - it's kind of a fun program even if the instructor is a little creepy - very heavy on lower body work and it's been out for a while, so it's easy to find it used for pretty cheap.0

Congrats on your loss!
What are your goals exactly? Do you have loose skin, or more fat to lose? "Toning" is kind of a vague word and not really a thing, but if you pick a goal you can train and eat to achieve it.
This is a good start for your stomach.

If you just want a general exercise to add plank is fantastic for your core0

I learned the hard way that always just doing the same crunches and situps is not really enough to get a super toned stomach. You should mix it up with other ab and core exercises that target different muscles. I like to go on Pinterest and Youtube to get ideas for mine.0

Are your current exercises progressive? Increasing in intensity, weight, reps each time
Crunches won't do much TBH

Adding more isolated core exercises isn't going to do what you hope it does.0
