Hello all! I recently hit my highest weight ever even higher than when I was pregnant. So I started cutting calories be working out. It's been one week and I only lost .2 pounds. I did lose an inch in my waist so that's a plus. I am just so focused on the scale!

The scale really is one of the worst measurement tools to depend on when getting fit. Inches, pictures, and how you feel are all better as weight can fluctuate a lot through the course of a single day.0

It's a slow process so give it time. Yes watch the scale but watch for NSV- Non Scale Victories!
