Hey everyone!

I'm back on MFP after a break - I tried a while back - counting calories and going to the gym but now I've discovered weight lifting and it's really a whole new world. I've been doing it for about 6 months now and have seen a lot of progress, but haven't lost much weight. I'm now striving to reduce my calorie intake, up my endurance and loose the fat while building muscle.
