225 Bench Rep-Out Challenge

Let's see who can win this challenge!

So everyone has seen the NFL combines where these athletes throw up 225 on the bench for crazy amounts of reps well that's what we are going to do.

This challenge will run from January 24--May 4.
The objective is to rep out 225 for as many reps as possible.
Whoever has the highest rep count by May 4 obviously wins my respect and the respect of others on this forum!

I recommended lifting heavy on the chest one training day and the next time you lift chest specifically focus on hitting 225 for as many reps and sets as possible before attempting your 225 Max out.

    Tomorrow I will test it out. I can hit 10 for sure but for sets, that's definitely a challenge.

    And if you can't rep out 225lbs, then that omits people from the challenge?

    Yes that would be the case however I would love to hear if anyone increased their bench to 225 or by 5-10lbs!
