So, Brybry(my almost 4 year old) won't eat much else other than ramen. I came up with a healthy taco soup that he can't seam to get enough of: pinto beans, ground beef, and corn cooked in mrs dash mexican seasoning and water. Drained. Liquid: 2 cans tomato soup+2 jars of salsa that i got from the health food store. Mixed in a little sour cream. And crumbled some tortillas on the top. My baby ( boyfriend ) seamed to be surprised that it was homemade. My sweetie and I have lost a combined 25 lbs this past month, due to the healthy food I've been cooking. I'm totally hooked on cooking healthy. Get so excited when I find a new recipe.
