I workout everyday 40-69 min. Of cardio and 20 min of strength training 5 days a week. 1 I know that muscle weighs more than fat and building muscle mass can give me a thicker appearance. Also burning so many calories might making me hungrier than I want to b. In short I'm trying to find a balance, I do love my cardio cause it puts me in a better mood. Has anyone else experienced this and or any suggestions

You won't lose or gain weight unless you are in a calorie deficit or a calorie surplus, respectively. Trouble shoot your calorie intake rather than changing your workout program.

Have you actually tried cutting calories or does the "might" indicate conjecture as far as what might happen if you try it? Because my suggestion is to try cutting calories to see what happens. If you're absolutely dying of hunger you can then either eat a bit more but still under maintenance or lower the exercise but not far enough to erase the deficit.

Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. Muscle is more dense than fat and takes up less room (volume) than the same weight of fat.
