I was going to enter my snow shoveling time in the app, but it didn't come-up as an option. I know I burned a lot of calories today shoveling...

    It's under cardio. It's more than I thought it would be.

    Just search for the first three or four letters, "sno" or "snow," it will bring up more choices. The search algorithm MFP uses is pretty basic.

    remember MFP estimates calories burned on high side. so at least cut what MFP gives you in half to prevent over estimating
