Is it OK to have meat and or eggs for every meal. I was told that you should try to have at least one meal without eggs and or meat. Thanks

I've never heard that. Where did you hear it? I don't necessarily have eggs or meat at each meal, but I certainly have one or both every day.0

Do you have one or the other twice daily. Thanks0

I usually have meat twice a day. I have been trying to up my protein so I have started trying to have at least one boiled egg a day either with breakfast or as a snack.0

I have some form of protein with every meal but not necessarily meat or eggs. I try not to eat too many whole eggs because of the high cholesterol, which I have to watch but I eat the whites. My other main sources of protein are meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish, various leguminous plants and Greek yoghurt. I'd get very bored with just meat and eggs as my protein for every meal.0

Perhaps because some people are hyper responders.0
