    I had chicken and vegetable soup then a Chinese. It was lovely and all within my calories :)
    Washed it down with hot chocolate yum!

    Bunless hamburgers are very bad for me because they never satisfy me and I end up going over my calories, but last night I had buckwheat with eggplants, onions, mushrooms, green herbs and a bit of butter. It was heavenly. For lunch I had a potato "pizza" and loved every minute of it, with a cup of tomato juice (don't ask.. even as a kid I preferred it to any other juice in existence). Breakfast was eggs with a big side of braised cabbage and 2 slices of dark barley sourbread.
