    I too have been using my fitness pal on and off , but after a lot of thinking and half assed efforts I've decided that it's time for change , and that I need to start now with small steps to become healthier , I'm in New Zealand ...... In a little city called Christchurch , if you are keen to get some support feel free to add me :)
