"STEP IT UP" Reach 10, 000 steps a day. Who's up for the challenge?

It's time to step it up. I've lost 70 pounds and have 30 more to go. Time start walking few miles, ride a bike. Go outside and make memories with grandkids. After awhile 10, 000 will be nothing but walk in the park, "Lol"

    Sounds like a great goal! I've been shooting for 10,000 steps a day as well. I plan to increase that later! May you continue to have the willpower and motivation to reach your goals!

    I am in. I have about 35 pounds to lose. I use to do really good with my steps but I have fallen off the wagon and want to climb back on
