Hi, congratulations on stopping smoking. How long have you been smoke free? I stopped in July last year, Im 44 and have been smoking since I was 12! Hard work to stop, but managed to keep most of the weight off by swimming. Good luck!0

Quit smoking 3 years ago next month. I'm 44 and still trying to get rid of all the weight i piled on! Good luck!0
