Hey !
I have used my fitness pal in the past and found it to be an amazing tool , but I also manage to find something else to do and the excuses to not work out or watch what I eat come think and fast , so much so I became in denial to how much I lost control of my weight, and my health , I love wine , cheese , chocolate , and those habits have crept into my everyday life . Justifying the wine ... Which starts as one glass a night ... To two , to three, as " I've had a hard day and I deserve it " ...... To the chocolate ..... One row , then two rows , and some sort of " well done to you for getting through the day you busy mum and worker !"
Now , it's time to cut the crap and start looking after my self and be able to run around with the kids at the beach , or go for a hike , and not cark it half way up to hill , or gel like I can't enjoy my self because of how I feel about my own personal image .
It's time to take control , it's time to LIVE , but i need some support and someone to hold me accountable !!! If you are in the and boat and need support and are ready to take control add me :)

Recognition and making a definite decision to not give up are the first steps so you're on the right track. We all slip up, and that's ok, it's the getting back up that's critical. Good luck on your journey! Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Hey! Firstly welcome. I am relatively new to using fitness pal and i have found it the biggest aid i have ever used when trying to accomplish my weight loss goals. However, we can journal as much as we like but ultimately you need to keep yourself motivated, set acheivable goals and constantly think on what you want to acheive. For me i set an initial goal of two stone in 3 months, now hopefully i will over acheive my first stage and then i move to my second goal, 17 1/2 after 5 months and so on
