Have almost given up but at 40 something and not really looking it or feeling it , I'm determined to get in shape again! Any tips or encouragement along the way would be helpful!

I'm always looking for friends on here to help hold me accountable for logging and to remind me to get my butt up and moving! For me, 40 something is just a number. It doesn't define us!

Mike here, 42, been using MFP and lost 33 lbs so far. I'm so determined to get to my goal. The support on here is so positive. You can do it!

45 here. The age thing doesn't matter until you're uh, dead. ;)

Anyways, the thing is to be consistent. And if you mess up, then do better tomorrow.
Think of yourself as a healthy person, and then do what healthy people do.

    Cheers!
