Just started today, trying to lose weight and get healthy. I bought an exercise bike under the advice from my Dr. because I can't do traditional exercise because of back surgery. I would like to lose 60 pounds by summer.

    48 from UK and similar amount to lose to keep doctor happy, I have a smaller goal 1st though lol

    Hi all, I am the same age. Lost 5 lb. so far. Joined today, remember to drink water, that's one I need to keep on top of. I have high blood pressure and diabetes. I really should lose 60 pounds.
