it's LA restaurant week AND my birthday in the same week....my excitement is through the roof. I'm in the Hollywood area, and wondering if anyone had any suggestions or favorite places for restaurant week in LA!?(: thanks! I'm thinking either fogo de choa for the bday dinner or somewhere fancy. I'm not really interested in Wolfgang or mastros though And have been to the ivy, Beverly wilshire, sugarfish. Just want to try something new and nice :smiley:

    I'm not from LA, but I've been to Fogo in 3 other cities. I really enjoy it a lot, but it's not a good choice *for me* anymore because I don't have enough of a calorie allowance to bother. If you do, and you like meat, this is the place for you! Plus the salad bar is very good. Also, it's just a lot of fun.
