Hello everyone! I am newly 28 and the heaviest I've ever been. I love my body and myself, and I am determined to lose weight for a healthier future. I will be going on a vacation alone with my son in March. I want to look good in our photos as well as be able to walk the whole time we are there. Please help me with this
