18 year old getting over ED

Hey everyone :)
I guess I should give a little background on myself before anything...
Two years ago, I was diagnosed with an eating disorder, and it almost ruined my life. Thankfully with the help and support from my friends and family I am at a healthy weight and I am happy with where I am. That being said, I know I can improve my eating habits and working out habits. I have sadly fallen into the freshman eating habits at university, eating pasta and all that *kitten*. I am vegan, due to moral reasons, but I don't think I am getting enough nutrients in my diet and I want to improve that. As well I am not going to the gym as frequently as I should. I would love recipe reccomendations from fellow vegans, and overall support from the community :)
I'm excited to start this healthy journey WOOO
