Hi Everyone! My name is Cathy- Im not new to the weight loss struggle, Ive been fighting it my entire life, however I'm finally ready to make all the changes I need to be successful. I know how I work and I know I need all the help I can get. I love making new friends- mostly because I know we're all in this together! Good Luck!
