What should I eat after a workout and before a workout? Is it okay if I'm not hungry and I don't eat anything after a workout?

It's fine. Eat when you want.0

Before a workout - eat anything light, so a couple pieces of bread with some cheese (I do 3% white cheese) and some veggies is great.
After workout your should still eat some protein to help your muscles heal - so perhaps eat an egg or omelette, or again the sandwich (light bread or whole grain rice crispies with white cheese or cottage cheese) from before, veggies ofcorse - tomatoes go great with white cheese and cottage cheese, pastrami is also good. If you're really not wanting to eat then a yogurt (the bio yogurts.. some call them greek yogurts? I do 1.5%-0% fat) with half a cup of fiber one (its a healthy cornflakes type of thing we have here) is also good.
Those two meals are not heavy at all, so you won't feel heavy after them, and trust me, even if you're not hungry you should eat, because that hunger is going to make you over eat. Better keep yourself at a neutral state where you don't feel a need for food, any hunger or anything else, and supply your body with the nutrients it needs vonstantly via small meals 5-6 times a day.0
