I love the Myfitnesspal app! The app is quick and easy to use and just about everything I eat is in their database! One thing that I especially love is that it syncs to my iPhone steps and increases my calories as a reward for exercise, I love it! Last night I went for a 45 minute walk because I needed to walk off part of my dinner. I'm enjoying weight loss success and I believe I'll be at my goal weight in a few short months! Here's to achieving success!!!

Thanks, I feel like I'm making such great progress that I'm wondering what to do with this app when I reach my goal. Maybe I'll set it for weight maintenance?0

Mfp is a great app. The key is sticking with it. As far a maintenance I am too far away from my goal to worry about that! lol But it sounds like you've got this!

I really like mfp, sync with pacer is great and scaner for food products is also great0
