Hi community
When is the best time to weigh yourself? I weighed myself last night and I weighed myself this morning and there was a 0.8kg difference. The morning weigh in was less; so do I take that as my true weight?

You weigh in the morning, after a BM. You are always going to weigh more in the evening.

you'll get the most accurate weight in the morning, after using the bathroom and before showering or consuming anything

The time of day doesn't matter. Just be consistent and weigh yourself at whatever time you choose. That'll be morning for most.

I agree with other posters. Weight yourself ONCE a week, either in the morning same time or evening same time. Typically you will weigh less in the morning because you are just waking up and havent eaten anything yet.

Also, you don't have to weight just once a week because it may be discouraging. For example, one day I may weight 149 and the very next day I could weigh 153 depending on how I ate the day before (high sodium for example). If my weigh in day was the 153 day I might feel bad. But yeah, weigh as often as you'd like and be mindful of other things that can effect (affect?)weight.

I always weigh myself in the morning before I eat and after I've "done my business".
