Any good diet recommendations for shredding?

I am currently consuming 2900 calic intake max usually burn about 4000 calories a day with workout and resting metabol. I eat quite healthy and take a supplement stack throughout the day.

I'm basically watching my calories and fat calories I've lost 7lbs so far . Read Chose to Lose by Ron Goor it's a great book on how to lose weight and keep it off for life I highly recommend it , it's really helping me eating healthier and choosing to be in control . Hope that helps you ~ Anne0

moderate caloric deficit (20% below maintenance), adequate protein (1 gram per lb lean bodymass), adequate fat (0.45 grams per lb lean bodymass), fill remaining cals with carbs or any other macro of your choice
