If I put my goal to "gain 1lb a week " and follow a lean bulking diet , is that going to help me achieve my lean bulking goals or just gain fat?

As you bulk you'll probably gain a few unwanted pounds (along with muscle gains) it happens to all of us. Goodluck.0

you need to make sure that you are on a structured lifting program, and are hitting micros and macros. Also, if your goal is 1 pound a week you are going to gain some fat. A lean bulk is usually considered a .5 pound per week gain.0

If your carbs stray above 100, it will be fat. Above 150, lots'o fat!0
