#90daychallenge At Lifetime Athletic

Signed about for the #90daychallenge at my gym, Lifetime Athletic, anyone else currently doing or have done a 90 day challenge? Goal transform from 225 down to 200-205 and from 23.4% bodyfat to 10-12%, by drinking enough water, eliminating coffee, eating clean, circuit training 2/week and cardio 3/week, yoga 1/week on the weekends.

    Did you join the challenge? How is it working out for you? I am planning to join Lifetime t Mississauga and looking for a gym buddy because I am so lazy :) Would you know anyone? I've been at LA Fitness a few years and time to upgrade.
