I try to eat 3500 calories a day buy if I'm busy all day and don't eat enough, would making more shakes? During the day help or be useless because it's a fluid and will just be peed out?
I weigh 135 and iv been stuck at 135 for 5 or 6 months please help.

You certainly can drink your calories to meet your calorie goal, they still count.

The logic that they don't count because it's a fluid and you pee them out doesn't make sense. Otherwise I could just blend 100 doughnuts into a fluid and drink that and not gain any weight

If you have been stuck at 135 for 5 or 6 months, then maybe you should increase your calorie goal and see if you start gaining some weight.

as has been said, weight and measure your foods so you are positive you are indeed eating as many calories as you think you are. But remember, energy consumed is only part of the forumula. What do you do all day? if you are working construction, or waiting tables or some other active job, you may well be burning off a great deal more than you think you are. Same goes if you are a runner or endurance athlete. Understanding your energy out will help you understand what you need to consume. But you should still weigh/log at least until you have a really good idea of how much you are consuming.

What kind of weight are you tryign to put on? If all you are doing is eating more, then the gains will be mostly fat. However, if you are looking to add lean muscle, you have to lift. And, it isn't as simple as going in and tossing a few heavy weights about the place. You need solid technique, persistence, and some form of structure to your routine.

Generally more carbs are beneficial during a bulk. The stimulation of insulin is beneficial.
