Back At It

Hello everyone,

I am a 25 year old looking to lose between 10-15 pounds plus get physically more fit.

I was an active user about 3-4 years ago when I was able to lose 18 lbs and keep it off for a good while. Now the weight has finally caught back up to me so it's time to start tracking again.

Looking for mutual support, motivation, and encouragement!

    Hi,
    I started again in February 2012. I lost 84 pounds over a year and a half. I kept it off for a while but I've put about 25 of it back on. When I leave myfitnesspal, it goes south. I need to log my food EVERYDAY!! I have to be more aware of what I put in my mouth all day!
