I am in desperate need of some support and motivation from people. I have a bad habit where I'll start dieting and exercising but I lose interest and I feel like I'm wasting my time. I am currently 225lbs and I am 5'3! I am not happy at all and I want to make a change! I'm looking to support and motivate everyone who can help me as well!! Lets challenge each other!
