Been looking for you ladies!
I'm 5'5", 45 and 148
I've lost 19 lbs over the last year-
Gone from 133 inch waist to 129
Down 2 pants and 2 dress sizes.
Gained tons of energy and working out and eating healthy have become habits.
My next goals-
•140 lbs (not sure it's realistic for me to go lower. I'm medium build and curvy.)
•Work out 4-5 days a week (currently working out 3 on a good week.)
•Cut out all processed food (almost there.)
