What to have for Dinner
I have recently hurt my back and therefore am unable to exercise at the moment.
I want to stay within my calories for today but also would like to unwind with a couple of drinks tonight.
I would therefore be grateful of suggestions for a yummy, filling, low calorie, low cost dinner.
Thanks
Karen

Rotisserie chicken on top of a Caesar salad mix. Light on Croutons and Parm. Lite/low fat dressing. I had that for dinner last night and, wow, was is good.0

if you can find some frozen meat in your freezer and a few potatoes, do meat and mash, but with the mash use Philadelphia, no butter or milk and pop an egg in if you need to. Very tasty and because it's homemade even tastier! It comes out at approx 500 calories, I put a sauce on it which added calories.0
