Trial by 5's for chest and triceps

A good chest/tri's workout I've been loving lately is called trial by 5's... Start off with 2.5 pounds on the bar and do 5 reps. Increase the weight by 5 pounds each set until you can't do 5 reps anymore. After you reach that point, decrease weight by 5 pounds until you reach just the bar. Then do as many reps as you can until failure with just the bar. Hope someone tries this and let's me know how it makes them feel! This also works good on the smith machines at planet fitness!

    It's pretty brutal! You'll feel it before you leave the gym!
