How do I delete calories added in error?

I accidentally added 3000 calories to my diary and when I tried to delete them twice, I added 6000 more. How do I delete an item?

  If you're using a phone, tap and hold the offending entry. If you're on a computer, use the button to the right of the entry that looks like a "Do Not Enter" sign.
