I've been dieting for 3 weeks. And I've lost half a stone. Which is great!
But now I'm starting to find I'm getting bored of all these 'healthy foods' and not doing as much exercise.

Someone give me a pep talk! ❤️

Eat the foods you love within your calorie goal. Do the activities that hold your interest and find fun. Sustainability is key.

It does get very boring sometimes & when it does, it means you need to make a change. A small change can really kick start your body. You can still eat some of the foods that you do really like, you just need to watch your portion & try to remain within your calorie goal for the day. Regarding exercises, mix it up a bit. Don't stick with the same old routine if you find it getting boring. Add some new things to try. This way you will have a full stocked arsenal to choose from :).
