Hip pain.

I run a lot. Every day between 6-10 miles. Lately I've been experiencing hip pain that feels like a pinched nerve. I'm not over weight, but hip problems do seem to run in the family. Could it be an over use injury? Should I take a day or two to rest, or push through it? Any ways to help it to feel better?

    Try a chiropractor it works for me. Only need a couple of sessions and then once your back to yourself do it for maintenance

    Best bet is to consult your doctor. You may also want to google and youtube "piriformis syndrome". Ibuprofen, stretching and foam rolling seem to help.
