Weigh day tomorrow

Tomorrow is my wigh in day I can do it! No matter what it is I can't let it detour me. I ate a big breakfast and lunch, I'm usually not an early eater but I'm trying to take in my calories early in the day and have a tiny dinner. I workout a lot and want to get my diet under control i have my last 10-15 lbs to loose I hear that's the hardest any suggestions I would appreciate

    Use a food scale to track your intake.

    I need to get a scale myself, its amazing what you think is 4 ounces, is very off.

    You current plan of eating heavier in the days is a very good plan. My weigh in/measurement is on Wednesday and I a nervous as well. I have been completely clean last two weeks and I am hoping I have awesome results as well

    Eating early not at night is my goal I feel good today and I have a digital scale and go by what it says I am meaning to take measurements also positive thought
