    I think I'd like to try. I think I'll be starting tomorrow morning, then. :) I don't really know much about MFP yet, though, so I'm not sure how to add people or anything, haha

    I'm in too! I also lift heavy squats at the gym some days. Wonder if I just should count those days as completed even if it is a slightly different movement?

    Yes as you will see better results from your heavy squats than a bodyweight squat challenge

    So glad to see so many people joining! Let's do this! Couple days in and definitely feeling it already. I keep wanting to push and do more! Going to add weights too.
