Why did my daily calorie intake drop from 1900 to 1500 when I changed my activity level? This cannot be right.

Did you lower you activity level?
Also, have you lose weight? When you recalculate at a lower weight, your recommended intake will drop.0 -
Yes I lowered my activity level. But it was arbitrary to begin with. I burn approximately 150 calories from the step meter alone.0
