Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs (prepare a few in advance to grab quickly), breakfast sandwiches/burritos (can pre make and freeze or buy pre made), protein shakes, bananas, toast with avocado or peanut butter....that pretty much exhausts my list of ideas. I personally don't eat breakfast just passing on some ideas that I've seen my coworkers and friends do for breakfast.

I like hard boiled eggs with some berries, or a piece of toast with peanut butter. I like cereal, but it doesn't hold me as long.

I alternate between veggie omelets made with cartoned egg whites and oatmeal with fruit or veggies added.

Sometimes when I need something to eat on the road, I'll opt for a piece of whole grain flax toast with low fat peanut butter and a piece of fruit. Easy to eat while driving!

I also live a good veggie and fruit smoothie, but I'm less interested by a cold smoothie when the cold weather sets in!

I will boil a dozen eggs ahead of time but add a teaspoon of vinegar and a few drops of food coloring to the water. This will tint them enough to let others in the house know they are boiled.

Protein Shake, hardboiled eggs, overnight oats, english muffin with peanut butter & piece of fruit; protein pancakes.

I typically do a protein shake so that I can eat on the go, plus I don't like to have a big breakfast first thing in the morning.

I typical eat Vanilla yogurt with a little granola or 2% Cottage cheese with juice packed peach slices. First thing in morning I will have hot green tea. Sometimes I will have a scrambled microwave egg if I am still hungry. If I wake up starving, I will eat a small Gala apple with my hot green tea and eat my usual breakfast

I made protein pancakes this morning. Made with chocolate protein powder, oats, an egg, and almond milk. You could make a batch Sunday and toast them on the weekday mornings.

I'm not much of a breakfast eater usually. Special K makes those protein cereals and I like them. A bowl of cereal in the morning makes me happy.

I heat a corn tortilla in a dry pan, scramble some egg beaters, .3 oz of cheddar and some hot sauce. Delicious!

One or two eggs fried to taste, served on a piece of whole grain toast, topped with half an avocado and a little ketchup.
