    Some gyms are all pretty public areas, others have private rooms that you can use for your "workout".

    Some of this could be happening after hours or as mentioned above in showers...I am not sure about the numbers but I'm sure it happens more often than people might think. It's a totally different mind set...

    My friend was a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness and told me some wild stories. I believe it.

    All of them involved trainers, clients, and other gym staff. I mean, think about it, most gyms hire young, attractive coeds to work the concierge. And they spend most of their day flirting with each other. Of course they're gonna spend their lunch break in the storage room. Don't think it's just strangers doing it on the floor during business hours. There's more layers to this.

    I know at my gym there is some action going on. This couple share a bathroom together in the mornings. (Anytime Fitness has private bathrooms/showers)

    Energetic, fit couple too. Power cleans, squats, the whole nine. They're definitely having a threesome with Vidal Sassoon in there and god bless em.

    I would ask where this is happening in the gym and why the staff is oblivious, BUT we had a guy living in the men's locker room at my gym. True story.

    Out of curiosity, I did a search on CL to see what is being posted for LA Fitness in my area. There were several ads posted, but the ones that referenced activity inside the gym seemed to be just a couple guys posting on a regular basis. Guys looking to play in the shower with another guy.

    The majority of the other posts were a bunch of dimwits professing their attraction, lust, love, etc. for someone they felt they made an unspoken connection with. One dimwit thinking a hot woman was following him around the gym purposely using machines near him. Instead of saying hello to her, he apparently went home and posted it on CL expecting she is going to see it. HUGE EYEROLL!!!

    Even though I discovered that there are some people seeking this type of action, I find it difficult to believe it actually happens in the gyms that I go to. There is absolutely no way to share a shower at my gyms without someone noticing if they walk by. And I have gone during their really slow times and have never seen anyone try to share a shower together.
