HI Guys anyone else from Scotland on, I am pretty fit in comparison to a lot of people I do a lot of activities etc however today I noticed just how bad I am body wise. I eat a lot of crap, I need some friendly competition to keep me going and stick to my daily limits and off the bad food. If you want to encourage and motivate each other get in touch.
