I posted a topic/blog this earlier about my irrational fears/thoughts about my loss. I've decided to throw caution to the wind (and risk humiliation) and show you the comparison pictures from the last 4 months. Please be honest, but gentle. :blushing:

    Sharing your photos is a great way to stay on track. Ask most people on Biggest Loser and they say the changing point for them was standing infront of the world on the scale and being accountable for who they are. There's no humiliation in taking charge of your life, making healthy choices, and becoming a new person. You're doing awesome and your beautiful photos proove that! Be proud and walk with your head held high and never forget how far you've come!

    You are doing a great job!! Don't be afraid to post pictures! When I see those pictures it gives me motivation to keep going so I can soon post pictures like that! You look awesome and you can definitely see a difference!! Keep it up!!
