I've made muenster grilled cheese using cinnamon butter which turned out wonderful. I think I've done the apples and cheddar grilled cheese route before and it was awesome.

Hmm. I love muenster grilled cheese, but I'm not sure I'd love the apples with it.

If I were to try it, it'd have to be in combination with one of my favorite additions - a couple of super thin slices of smoked ham.
