Getting back on this. Looking for buddies to guilt and shame me

I'm back, baby

I was on MFP a while back and I had a good bit of success with it. I went from about 270 down to around 205 or so. Diet, exercise, paleo-ish eating. All good stuff that helped me dig out of my gooey exterior. All was well. However, around a year ago i had a lot of life changes, mostly good things, but they changed me up so much that I got off track and regained some of that weight. I'm back up to around 243. That's no good. I don't really have good excuses, but I do have a gut. It's time to fix that. It's time to get back to eating well, regularly exercising, and keeping an eye on my weight. I've done it before and I can do it again. This time I'll keep it off hopefully.

Feel free to add me and make snide comments about me. The more they sting, the better.

    Add me, also had success in the past with mfp but had a tough year and need to lose some of this weight.
