Hi I've had this app before but never really done it. But I've reset everything today and intend to do it properly. Wanting to lose stone and half. Is it successful and is the app accurate in setting my daily calorie goal .. I'd be interested to find out successs stories please xxxx

A coworker showed me this app randomly and now 4 months later I've down 20 pounds by just being consistent and honest about what you're eating. So I'd say its pretty accurate, but you have to be honest about how much you're eating.

thanks so much for replying Hun. And did u allow the app to set ur daily calorie goal or manually set it yourself? Does it recalculate the calorie allowance as u lose. Sorry for 100's q's ive just quit weight watchers lost 2stone on it last year but they've changed everything and I hate it so really want to give this a good go

I have been on and off mfp since 2011 attempting to lose weight. This time I have had the most success which I believe comes from me just being fed up with my appearance. Since Sept. 2015 I have lost 22 pounds and two pants sizes. The system here defiantly works, just as the above mfp'er stated if you are honest. As some tips: everyone will recommend a food scale and its true you need one. Also in my opinion start slow and take it a day at a time. If you need another pal feel free to add me my diary is open to friends for accountability.

Awe thank you Shanel literally all I've done so far today is search for my foods in the search bar and selected the amounts and tracked is that the right way to do it ?
