Back Again...

I lost almost 20 lbs last year using MyFitnessPal and I really wanted to keep the weight off. Unfortunately, I was overconfident and thought that I could go back to my old ways of overeating the bad stuff and not exercising...Now I want to lose the 20 lbs again and maybe even some more.

I'd love to have some more people on here for support! :smiley:

    Hi Nicola,
    getting back to the good ways is a good starting point. You did it before so you know it can be done. Day by day, meal by meal is the battle.
    Keeping on track can be difficult. I am on a calorie controlled diet and am very much aware now of what I eat.
