Hi all I'm back on the Happy Me Healthy Me wagon and am looking for some new friends to help keep me motivated! I want to do the same for you! I'm doing this the right way, taking things slow, focusing on cleaning up my diet, and walking every day. No crash or fad diets, no crazy 4 hour workouts. I am starting this journey on a positive note and hope you will join me too

Hi. Sounds like a plan. Just started doing the diary check, before anything drastic. Started running last January (only lasted a month). I'd like to be less wobbly in the middle and less chunky legged. Slow and realistic sounds better!0

Hi mrs, love your attitude! I'm just coming back after a spell of inactivity and I'm the same as you - taking it slow, doing it right this time! Walking is my go-to exercise as well. Add me! I'm doing the same. Working out every day and really putting a LOT more emphasis on nutrition. I ran a half marathon and lost nothing because I still ate like crap. Now I'm putting it all together and feel so much better.0

yup you can add me too, just trying to make this a "lifestyle change" went hardcore for about six months and have been struggling for six months. BUT will never give up!!! Now just trying to get re-motivated to take off the holiday weight gain and then continue on my path.....:)0
