DailyBurn Calorie Counter

I just started doing DailyBurn and at the end of a 30 minute, fairly beginner workout, they claimed I burned 261 calories. That seems like a lot more than I would expect for my height, weight and age. (5'4'', 148 lbs, 27 yrs) Does anyone know if DB's calorie counter is at all accurate?

I'm not familiar with DB - but that does seem quite high for 30 minutes.0

I'm about your stats (same h/w, couple years younger) and would say that much for moderately intense cardio - like I could probably do it on an elliptical, but I'd be pretty sweaty and breathing hard the whole time. It depends on how hard you worked?0

Yeah, I figured. I ended up putting it in MFP as minutes of jogging in place, for however many minutes in the program there was jogging in place. Maybe not accurate, but I'd rather underestimate than overestimate.0
