How about baked salmon, steamed broccoli, a sweet potato (drizzled with Walden Farms 0 calorie maple syrup and cinnamon) and fresh fruit?

Baked spaghetti squash: first microwave (15 minutes), then split, remove seeds and scoop out 'spaghetti'- then use 2 cups spaghetti squash, 3-4 ounce cooked diced chicken, 1/4 cup diced tomato and 1/2 cup diced zucchini- then sprinkle with Parmesan and BAKE for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.0

Egg Beaters 'Southwest' veggie omelet, 647 bread toasted with sugar free jam, and a grilled banana (in a skillet with Walden Farms maple syrup!)- and coffee!

Lavash bread 'pizza' with (1) Happy Farms spreadable cheese, thin sliced pear and thin sliced deli ham, veggies and sugar free jello!

Baked (microwave!) Apple: core, place
in bowl, pour 1-3 T. sugar free maple syrup (I use Walden Farms 0 calorie) over Apple, sprinkle with cinnamon or pie spices and microwave 3 minutes!0 -

Southwest Egg Beaters omelet with veggies, grilled pear slices (with Walden Farms syrup & cinnamon), and '647' toast!

Split banana, add favorite yogurt and fresh berries- for crunch add granola, a few nuts, or crushed cereal!

McDonalds: 2 side salads (free extra veggies upon request) and a la carte grilled chicken divided between them!

Baked 'egg-in-a-nest': 350 degree oven, spray baking sheet, make hole in center of bread (I use '647' brand) and place on baking sheet, pour 3 T. Southwest Egg Beaters in each hole, and bake 10-12 minutes! (pear is microwaved with Walden Farms maple syrup and cinnamon!)
